제목 Preparation of porous crosslinked copolymer particles from DPAA and vinyl monomers by a suspension polymerization and their applications as polymeric reagents for hydrogenations
초록 New N-substituted acrylamide monomer (DPAA) having benzene ring and long alkyl chains was synthesized. The monomer was polymerized with vinyl monomers such as styrene, MMA, and AN by a suspension polymerization in the presence of crosslinking agent and divinylbenzene to obtain several kinds of new crosslinked copolymer particles. They were used polymeric reagents for organic hydrogenation reactions: For instance, nitrobenzene was reduced in high yields to the corresponding aniline using zinc metal and NH4Cl in water in the presence of the prepared crosslinked copolymer particles without any organic solvent at mild condition.
