제목 Directed Self-Assembly of Block Copolymers: Theory and Simulation
초록 With the ever diminishing size scale of device elements, the directed self-assembly of block copolymers, where block copolymers are guided to self-assemble by certain external perturbations, offers an efficient route for generating nanostructured materials that overcomes the intrinsic technological limits associated with "bottom up" and “top down” approaches. Here I present some examples of directed assembly of block copolymers and their physical mechanism of "patterning" using theoretical and computational approaches.
