제목 InP Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode using Inorganic Charge Transport Layer
초록 The colloidal quantum dots which are composed of various compound semiconductors have been one of the most promising materials for the optical devices due to the optical characteristics such as the tunable color spectra by controlling the size and the low cost fabrication using solution process. In this presentation, we will report the quantum dot light emitting diode (QD-LED) using organic-inorganic hybrid structure. The QD-LEDs were fabricated using CdSe or InP QDs, and the organic-inorganic charge transport layers. When we used the inorganic nano-particles as the charge transport layers, we could control the band alignment, work function and process windows. Our device showed the luminance of ~1,000 cd/m2 and the efficiency of ~ 1 cd/A.
