제목 Short channel Organic Field-Effect Transistor fabricated by Organic Single Crystal Peel-Off Process
초록 Organic single crystal peel-off technique was developed for low cost and simple short channel fabrication process. The various channel length fabricated by organic single crystal peel-off method were demonstrated by optical microscope and atomic force microscope. P-type short channel bottom contact organic field-effect transistor (OFET) was fabricated with pentacene as an organic semiconductor. Static and dynamic electrical characteristics of short channel OFET were examined. The device shows clear switching response of the inverter when up to 3kHz square wave input signals is applied to the 2MΩ resistance-load inverter at VDD=-60V.
