제목 Ambipolar Characteristic of well arrayed single crystals for organic electronic devices
초록 we completed forming single crystal and characterizing devices using '1-D Dewetting Method' which invented in our laboratory. Capillary method is technique as using capillary phenomenon. We succeeded in fabricating ambipolar single crsytal transistor with using N,N'-dipently-3,4,9,10-perylene tetracarboxylic diimide(PTCDI-C5) and N,N'-octyl- 3,4,9,10-perylene tetracarboxylic diimede (PTCDI-C8) and 6,13-bis(triisopropyl silyethynyl) pentacene (Tips-pentacene). Also, we succeeded in only one single crsytal Device for pinpointing device characteristic as optimizing condition. furthermore, Ambipolar OC inverter has succeeded using same method. We confirmed each crystal by fluoroscent microscopic image.
