Effects of the Interfacial Properties on the Micro-Capsulation of n-Octadecane by the Interfacial Polymerization |
초록 |
Micro capsulize n-octadecane for the thermal storage material was formed by a interfacial reaction of melamine-type resin. This micro-capsuled PCM(phase change material) would be used in concrete walls for the thermal erergy saving or adiabatic materials. In the microcapsulation process, the interfacial properties between the n-octadecane and aqueous phase were the key variables on the PCM microcapsulation formation, and finally they results the thermal storage performance of the PCM microcapsulation. For a good properties and thermal storage performance of micro-capsulation product, the interface required a good adsorption conditions of the melamin monomer molecules and a high interfacial spreading conditions with a positive spreading coefficient. |
