Synthesis and characterization of CDT-based copolymers for organic solar cell. |
초록 |
We have synthesized CDT-based copolymers containing electronwithdrawing moieties. The number-average molecular weights of the synthesized copolymers were determined with gel permeation chromatography (GPC) using a polystyrene standard and found to be ~ 10,000. The polymers were souble in common organic solvents and found to be thermally stable. Absorption maximum of the polymers were 674 nm and 740 nm, respectively, covering broad wavelength. We examined the photovoltaic performance of the copolymers blended with PCBM and thin film trasistor (TFT) performnces. |
