제목 Fabrication of Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells from the Deposition of CuPC on TiO2 Nanotubes and Analysis of their Photovoltaic Behavior
초록 The formation of bicontinuous carrier path between donor and acceptor pairs is an important factor for the enhancement of photovoltaic performance. Photovoltaics in dye-sensitized solar cells are resulted from the photon-assisted electron transfer from dye to a wide-band gap n-type semiconductor. In previous study, the morphological diversity of the deposited copper phthalocyanine (CuPC) on TiO2 nanotubes has been investigated. TiO2 nanotubes were prepared by the anodization of titanium foil. Nanostructured CuPC was deposited by thermal vacuum evaporation, immersion on TiO2 nanotubes. In addition to it, the influences of CuPC morphology on the photovoltaic parameters and performance were analyzed with I-V characteristics curve.
