제목 | PVDF based Piezoelectric Nanogenerator with One Dimensional Conducting Polymer for Electrodes |
초록 | As the market for flexible electronics grows, energy harvesting technologies for low powered system play an important role in this time. Piezoelectric technology is one of the most promising solution, which converts mechanical energy to electrical one. Poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) is one of excellent flexible organic materials in this field. However, most of electrodes are metal or metal oxide, which are brittle and not suitable for flexible devices. Conducting polymer is a good candidate for a flexible electrode. In this study, a conducing polymer composed of a thiophene derivative was synthesized by oxidative polymerization. The polymer is hydrophobic and well-soluble in common organic solvents. Therefore it had good interfacial matching with PVDF. The PVDF based piezoelectric nanogenerator was fabricated by solution process. The conducting polymer is spin-coated on both side of PVDF. |
