제목 Fabrication of CdS nanorods by nanoimprinting method
초록 We studied on how well build the CdS window layer on the ITO substrate by electrodeposition. 0.02M sodium thiosulfate and 0.2M cadmium aqueous solution were prepared in ph 2.5 and 80oC. Potentiostat was available to support the experiment using three electrodes (counter, working and reference (Saturated Calomel Electrode)). Optimized condition for electrodepositing was -0.7V. The morphology of CdS would be improved to add surfactant (Cetyltrimethtylamminium Bromide(TCAB)). And also for removing the particle on the CdS layer, window layer was ultrasonicated. Furthermore, after annealing for better crystallinity we moved to next step which makes CdS nanorods by nanoimprinting method. We could recognize the presence of template on the CdS window layer which was made of monomer.
