제목 | Evaluations of hydrogen permeation and fabrication of TiN membrane by spark plasma sintering |
초록 | The hydrogen is the ideal fuel in terms of fuel-cell performance. Gasification for production of hydrogen and other useful gases, has achieved increasing importance in recent years. In general, Pd membrane of separating hydrogen is very good properties of hydrogen selectivity on high temperature but it has some problems, hydrogen embrittlement and very expensive for a practical applications. In this study, TiN membrane was fabricated by plasma spray singtering for hydrogen permeation, which is great in resistance to acids and chemically steady. TiN powder was milled 30, 60 and 240 minutes by high energy mill, respectively. We analyzed XRD, SEM, BET and TG/DSC. Also, we estimated hydrogen permeability by ourselves manufactured Sievert's type hydrogen permeation membrane equipment.
