Construction of a Heterologous Expression System in Clostridium beijerinckii |
| 초록 |
Clostridium beijerinckii NCIMB 8052 is one of the best natural solvent producers so that has been receiving attentions from researchers to use this strain in industrial scale production of solvent. However this bioprocess is still far from being commercialized. Since genetic and metabolic engineering are effective methods to improve microorganisms, we have developed a new clostridial expression system using a heterologous thermo-stable lipase, TliA, from Pseudomonas fluorescens. Several expression plasmids with different promoters were constructed and investigated. The detailed results will be presented in this presentation. |
