Aptamer-functionalized 3-carboxylated polypyrrole plates for highly sensitive Platelet-Drived growth factor biosensor |
초록 |
Fast responses and highly selectivity to target biomolecules are require for development of biosensors because that kinds of sensors have been used in medical area to detect various disorder factors. We propose the fabrication of aptamer-functionalized 3-carboxylated polypyrrole plates(A_CPP) for used in a FET sensor to detect platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF_BB). A_CPP are produced by electrodeposition and vapor deposition polymerization steps. The amine functionalized PDGF_B binding aptamer(NH2) are attached carboxylated polypyrrole surface, through covalent bonding. The resulting A_CPP based FET sensors have high sensitivity and selectivity as to PDGF_BB at 1.78fM and among interfering biomolecules. Owing to covalent bonding, a longer life time can be expected for PDGF biosensor. |
