제목 Modified Active layer for Polymer Photovoltaic Devices
초록 Polymer solar cells find increasing interest due to its low-cost and potential sources of renewable electrical energy. One of the most widely studied system is regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) blended with [6,6] phenyl C61-methyl acid ester (PCBM). Most of the P3HT:PCBM systems exhibited power conversion efficiency typically ranging between 1% and 6.5%. In this work, we attempt to make photovoltaic devices with blends of P3HT and PCBM by mixing Ag wire. Further, the active layer was modified by generating Ag wire in the active layer structure of P3HT:PCBM blend by mixing Ag wire prior to the spin-coating process.
