This study is a study on drug delivery system using biodegradable polymer. DDS can be made by double emulsion using biodegradable polymer and it will contain drug in Double emulsion. Double emulsion should be stable for a period of time and be capable of releasing drugs slowly. For this purpose, it is necessary to control the swelling rate of the biodegradable polymer. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the swelling rate and mechanical properties of PLGA membrane by crosslinking PLGA to control the drug release rate of biodegradable polymer. |
