Magnetic, Fluorescent, and Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) Trifunctional Nanocomposite for Bio Applications |
초록 |
SERS (Surface-enhanced Raman scattering) technique has many advantages in optical analysis of biological samples, such as narrow signal bandwidth and high stability to photobleaching. Magnetic property can be utilized for easy separation of samples. Although there is some limitation for multiplexed detection, fluorescence can be added for easy visualization and rapid scanning. Here, we have developed trifunctional SERS nanocomposite which contains superparamagnetic Fe3O4 NPs, fluorescent dyes, and Ag NPs, which are all integrated on a single nanostructure. The nanocomposite is expected to be useful for rapid, sensitive detection and separation of biological targets. |
