제목 Characterization of inverted organic photovoltaic with Perovskite active layer prepared by 2step coating method
초록 Perovskite film applied as an active layer in inverted organic photovoltaic(iOPV) was prepared using the 1-step or 2-step method. The 1-step is spin-coating of Perovskite precursor directly  on  substrate. The 2-step is dip-coating of methylammonium halide on PbI2 layer to form the perovskite. Perovskite layer was prepared  by these different coating method. The structure of devices were FTO/ZnO/Perovskite(CH3NH3PbI3)/spiro-OMeTAD/Ag. Forming Perovskite was confirmed by SEM, AFM and XRD. Photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE) was confirmed by solar simulator. Perovskite layer of morphology and roughness was measured by SEM and AFM, as a result of SEM, forming of Perovskite was detected. As a result of XRD, Perovskite binding was confirmed in Perovskite film obtained by using 2-step method. PCEs of the devices were 3.6% and 8.2%, respectively by using 1step and 2 step method.
