제목 The Effect of Network Polymer Nanocomposites having Size-Selective Ion Transfer on Photovoltaic Performance of Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 We carried out surface-induced cross-linking polymerization on the surface of TiO2 particles. We successfully controlled the pore sizes by employing various concentrations of cross-linker. The resulting porous layer was able to selectively screen ions for approaching to the TiO2 particles depending on ion sizes, which were revealed using ionic conductivity, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and transient absorption spectroscopy measurements. Then, we fabricated the dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs) and investigated their photovoltaic property. We achieved the 8.9 and 10.6 % of PCEs from DSCs prepared from 20 mol% HDDA in thicknesses of 6 and 12 m TiO2 active layers and 0.06 M I2 concentration, respectively. These were 1.9 and 1.8 % greater than the controls (PCE = 7.1, and 8.8 %, respectively). In addition, the devices showed excellent long-term stability by retaining over 95% of its initial after 580 h of thermal soaking.
