제목 New Electron-Acceptor Based Polymers for Organic Thin Film Transistor
초록 we report newly synthesized polymeric semiconductors PolymerⅠ & Polymer Ⅱ the enhancement in field-effect mobility achieved through donor-acceptor copolymer concept. Novel electron acceptor based copolymers were designed by stille coupling reaction. New electron acceptor unit has strong electron accepting property lead to low band gap, two polymers showed strong absorption from 400 to 700 nm. Polymer Ⅰ and Polymer Ⅱ has narrow band gap respectively. The high thermal stability of polymers were determined by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) studies. Newly synthesized polymers were observed that field-effect mobility of the organic thin film transistor device based on Polymer Ⅰ & Polymer Ⅱ were up to 8 x 10-4 cm2/Vs, 1 x 10-3 cm2/Vs.
