Adhesion performance of pressure sensitive adhesives based on acrylic copolymer with cross-linking agent |
| 초록 |
UV curable pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) were made by blending the various amount of di-functional acrylate with synthesized acrylic based copolymers. The copolymers were based on 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (2-EHA) and 2-hydroxyethyl acrlayte (2-HEA). The adhesion performance of PSA was examined by peel strength, gel content, and storage modulus (G’). As the amount of cross-linking agents decreased, the peel strength of PSA was increased. Also, it was observed that the peel strength increased with decrease of storage modulus and gel contents. |
