제목 Upgrading low-boiling fraction fast pyrolysis bio-oil using supercritical alcohols
초록  Recently,  conventional petroleum based oil is widely used but it's amount will be finished within several decades and it also have enviromental problem like carbon dioxide emission. So people tried to find out renewable and clean energy source and fast pyrolysis method is promising conversion method. fast pyrolysis bio oil can be easily make liquid bio-oil, but it have some problem like high acidity and low HHV value, it must be further upgraded. In this research, we used only supercritical alcohols and didn't use any external hydrogen gas and catalyst to find out economical upgrading process. Supercritical upgrading has done at the differnent conditions like reaction temperature, bio mass to solvent ratio, reaction time and different alcohols, 400 oC is enough to convert the sugar componenet and carboxylic acid in fast pyrolysis bio oil. and check the solvent effect of methanol, ethanol and IPA at the upgrading.
