Mode of Tissue Regeneration of a Hybrid Vascular Graft |
초록 |
Clinical uses of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) as a small diameter graft have been limited due to limited patency rates, even though their demands are high. We here evaluated regenerated vascular tissues by applying either static and pulstile flow on a smooth muscle cells-seeded hybrid scaffold poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) and an ePTFE. Long-term in vitro culture with smooth muscle cells was performed on the porous PLGA scaffold surface. Analysis of the engineered tissues was performed with H&E for observation of vascular development over times. |
