The study on electrical property of polymer composite reinforced with multi-walled carbon nanotubes for high-voltage power cables |
초록 |
The purpose of this study is to enhance properies of nanocarbon-based semi-conductive compound for high voltage power cables. Materials of Nanocarbon composites were used multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWCNTs) and ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer(EEA), low density polyethylene(LDPE). Also, nanocarbon composites were successfully fabricated by melt mixing method via twin-screw extruder. The structure and electrical properties of nanocarbon composites were investigated via scanning electron microscope(SEM), laser scanning microscope(LSM), transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), dielectric analysis(DEA), surface resistance meter. |
