제목 Electrical conductivity study on transparent Ag-doped Carbon nanotube film
초록 There have been attempts of metal doping on carbon nanotube to modify physical and chemical properties. We prepared Ag nanodot (~3nm) embedded in multiwalled carbon nanotubes using ultrasonication. To fabricate transparent conducting film (TCF), Ag-MWCNT solution was filtered through anodized aluminum oxide disc with pore size of 0.2 μm and then transferred onto optically transparent polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) film after AAO disc was dissolved in NaOH solution. The films was characterized using transmission electron microscopy, Near-IR and Raman scattering. And also electrical properties of the films measured by four point probe will be interpreted in terms of doping amount and spectroscopic analysis.
