제목 Facile Fabrication of Metal-Nanoparticles-Encapsulated Porous Silica Nanostructures for Catalytic Applications
초록 Considerable attentions have been devoted to the synthesis of porous silica micro or nanostructures with metal nanoparticles trapped within their matrices, owing to their excellent synergistic properties and thus extensive applications in various catalytic areas. Herein, we have demonstrated a facile and general protocol to encapsulate in-situ generated noble metal nanoparticles (Au, Ag, Pt, etc.) within the matrices of porous silica microspheres via one-pot reactions. Those yielded hybrid nanostructures provide promising heterogeneous catalysts for various catalytic reactions. As a typical example, silica/Pt and silica/Au nanostructures have been successfully applied to catalyze the reduction of 4-nitrophenol reactions and exhibit excellent catalytic reactivities.
