Fiber based hydrocolloid scaffold via colloid electrospinning & their potential applications |
초록 |
In this study, fiber-based hydrocolloid was prepared by colloid electrospinning of thermal polyurethane (TPU) solution containing hydrophilic polymer colloid (S.CMC). Optimizing colloidal electrospinning for successful formation of nanofibers was achieved by controlling solvent ratio of co-solvent (THF/DMF) and concentration of polymeric solution. In order to obtain high wettability, amount of hydrocolloid and morphology of fiber mat which was controlled by co-solvent ratio were adjusted. These nanofiber based hydrocolloid have great potential in smart and effective wound dressing platform. Furthermore in-vivo animal study of nanofiber based hydrocolloids were carried out for open wound healing effect. These nanofiber-hydrocolloids can be applied tissue engineering and wound dressing in biomedical field. |
