제목 Fabrication of tellurium/bismuth core/shell nanofibers prepared by electrospinning method and their thermoelectric properties
초록 We report the fabrication of the tellurium/bismuth core/shell nanofibers and their thermoelectric properties. Bismuth telluride materials are currently reported to be one of superior materials for thermoelectric properties at low temperature. According to many researchers, low-dimensional materials are expected to exhibit figure of merit values much larger than those of the bulk materials. Electrospinning is currently one of the powerful techniques that allow a fast, simple and efficient fabrication of nanofibers with a high aspect ratio on a large area. their morphologies are observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. We obtain ultrathin long fibers of tellurium/bismuth core/shell materials. Then, we measure thermoelectric properties of tellurium/bismuth core/shell nanofibers. We discuss the relationship between morphologies and thermoelectric properties of the tellurium/bismuth core/shell nanofibers.
