제목 | The structure properties of aluminum foam by melt foaming process |
초록 | Metal foams are interesting materials and have attracted a lot of intrests recently.[1–2]The pure aluminium metal begin to be used in industrial and environmental field because it has good performance in mechanical prospects, thermal conductive values, electrical resistivity, nuclear prospects, etc. But it is difficult for producing the pure aluminium foams: high melting point, in higher than its temperature conditions and foaming agent, the decomposition rate of blowing foam, mixing up, pure aluminum reduction in the coagulation of large, make the foam aluminum easy generation defects are discussed. This experiment chose the size of 30x30x30mm foam metal as sample, used the emery paper of 1000# and 1200# to polish .when the cell wall became clear, washed the foam metal in the ultrasonic, surveyed the structure of the foam metal under the metallurgical microscope , then made use of the i-solution software to take some photos. The test preparation of pure aluminum foam process, metallic calcium for adhesion, hydrogenated titanium as foaming agent, in viscosity increasing amount for 2 ~ 3%, foaming agent to 1.5% ~ 1.0%, through proper cooling hole can be made uniform structure. In the experiment process, the quality of the foam matal was get, density was 2.705Mg/m3, the average pore size was 1.207mm2 and the cell thickness was 1.840um, so that to investigate the uniform distribution. From this study,we can see high porosity of pure aluminum foam, at the same time, the test of time found foaming existing cooling effect. |
