제목 방청도료·에폭시 수지 접합부의 전단 접착강도에 미치는 공정변수의 영향
초록 This study is to evaluate the effect of bonding parameters such as dry film thickness and aging time on the shear adhesive strength the joint between protective coating and epoxy resin in cryogenic vessels. Shear adhesive strength of the joint was strong dependent on the dry film thickness and aging time. The shear adhesive strength of the joint decreases with an increase in dry film thickness but increases with an increase in aging time at ambient. As a result of fracture analysis, fracture occurred within the protective coating layer. This indicates that inherent properties of the protective coating is principal factor controlling the shear strength of the joint.
