제목 The effect of surface textured ITO substrate for polymer solar cell
초록 Bulk heterojunction polymer solar cells (PSCs) have recently been intensively investigated with a view to increasing their efficiency by applying low band gap polymer materials, tandem structures, and morphology control in nanoscale. Surface texturing is another well known technique to increase the efficiency by reducing the light reflectance and increasing the light trapping in silicon solar cells. In this study, we modified the surface structure of indium tin oxide (ITO) substrates by carrying out etching process and investigated the effects of these surface structures on a device performance of PSCs.
