제목 The effect of calcium phosphate-polyethylene(PE)hibrid scaffold on cellular responses
초록 Polymer scaffold is used as biomaterials. Polyethylene is useful due to its mechanical strangth and biocompatibility. Porous PEscaffold allows permeability and tissue ingrowth. The scaffold was formed using Solvent-casting particulate leaching. We have introduced calciumposphate coating on the surface of pores to improve osteoconductivity. Strong hydrophilic of the ca-p film is expected to improve the interaction between osteoblast and scaffold. Surface properties were evaluated with SEM, FT-IR. Cellular adhsion , proliferation assys and protain adsorption were performed.
