The effect of calcium phosphate-polyethylene(PE)hibrid scaffold on cellular responses |
초록 |
Polymer scaffold is used as biomaterials. Polyethylene is useful due to its mechanical strangth and biocompatibility. Porous PEscaffold allows permeability and tissue ingrowth. The scaffold was formed using Solvent-casting particulate leaching. We have introduced calciumposphate coating on the surface of pores to improve osteoconductivity. Strong hydrophilic of the ca-p film is expected to improve the interaction between osteoblast and scaffold. Surface properties were evaluated with SEM, FT-IR. Cellular adhsion , proliferation assys and protain adsorption were performed. |
