제목 Characterization of Lysozyme and Bovine Serum Albumin Adsorption on Calcium Phosphate-coated SiO2 Powder.
초록 It is well-known that SiO2 has excellent biocompatibility. It is intended to improve the biological functions of SiO2 by forming a composite with calcium phosphate(CaP). The interaction between SiO2 composite with proteins were examined. The adsorption of lysozyme and bovine serum albumin on the CaP-coated SiO2 was investigated. The morphological alteration of CaP-coated SiO2 was monitored with electron microscopy. The protein adsorption was characterized by measuring the variation of zeta potential of the SiO2 composite.
