Biochemical Characterization of nucleotidyltransferase (CalS7) and NDP glucose 4, 6 dehydrates (CalS3) from Micromonospora echinospora spp. calichensis |
| 초록 |
Based on the homology of amino acid sequence CalS7 and CalS3 are purposed to be function as nucleotidyltransferase and NDP glucose 4,6 dehydratase respectively for the biosynthesis of NDP 4- keto- 6- deoxy glucose from glucose-1-phosphate. In this report, we have cloned these genes in expression vector (pET32a+) and heterogously expressed in E. coli BL21 DE3 to characterize the putative functions. |
