제목 Synthesis of PMMA nanoparticles by microemulsion polymerization with a modified monomer adding system
초록 Poly(methyl methacrylate) nanosize particles were synthesized by a microemulsion polymerization with a modified monomer adding system. Sodium dodecylsulfate , potassium persulfate, hydroquinone were used as the surfactant ,initiator, inhibitor, respectively. The size distribution and particle morphology were analysed by Dynamic light scattering and FE-SEM, The effects of several reaction conditions on the particle size have been investigated. Compared with the traditional microemulsion method, PMMA nanoparticle with smaller size using less surfactant was made successfully, moreover, uniform size nanoparticles also can be observed by FE-SEM.
