Design of photosensitizer-conjugated pH-sensitive polymeric nanoparticles for photodynamic therapy |
초록 |
To achieve an effective tumor-targeted drug delivery system for photodynamic therapy, ligand-medicated nanoparticles as stable formations of hydrophobic photosensitizer were designed. Novel folic acid/photosensitizer-conjugated copolymers composed of PEG and PBLA with the potential capacity for serving as pH-responsive drug release reservoirs were synthesized. The photosensitizer-loaded copolymeric nanoparticles were prepared by micelle formation. The composition of copolymers and properties of self assembled nanoparticles were characterized. The release profiles of photosensitizer were strongly pH-dependent and influenced by the amount of photosensitizer. |
