Synthesis and In Vitro Efficacy of tumor targetd Transferrin Poly(ethylene glycol) Paclitaxel Conjugates |
| 초록 |
The Transferrine-Poly(ethylene glycol)-Paclitaxel (TFPXPEG) was synthesized by reaction of PEG-Paclitaxel (PXPEG) copolymer and Transferrine (TF). TFPXPEG was prepared by chemical reaction PXPEG and TF for Targeted drug delivery system. The structure was investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), and ¹H Nuclear magnetic resonance (¹H-NMR), Particle formation was confirmed to become by Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Electrophoretic LS spectrophotometer (ELS). |
