제목 Effect of UV Dosage on the Mechanical Properties of RecycledPhloroglucinol Derived Acrylate Oligomer
초록 Functionalized acrylate and methacrylate oligomers are widely used for UV-curable adhesives owing to its versatile functionality and reactivity with other chemical structures such as epoxy, urethane etc. In our research, we synthesized modified acylated oligomer with three functionality using wasted phloroglucinol which was derived from TNT (trinitrotoluene) and also investigate the UV curing kinetics of modified acrylate oligomer according to the its curing conditions as amount of photo initiator and its dosage. We can observed that it takes one minute for acrylate oligomer to reach the its curing conversion of 90%. For mechanical properties, adhesion strength of acrylate oligomer was maximized at 2.0 wt% of photo initiator content and 200W of UV dosage.
