제목 NH4Cl 첨가 용액으로부터 분무열분해 공정에 의해 합성된 LED용 녹색 형광체
초록 A green light emitting calcium magnesium chlorosilicate [Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2:Eu2+] phosphor particles with good morphology and photoluminescence intensity under longwavelength ultraviolet (UV) were prepared by spray pyrolysis. The ratios of the calcium and chlorine components that were dissolved into the spray solution were changed from 1:0.25 to 1:2.5. The morphology and photoluminescence characteristics of the phosphor particles are significantly affected by different concentration of NH4Cl. The phosphor particles prepared from the spray solution with a 1:1 ratio of Ca:Cl had maximum emission intensity under a long-wavelength ultraviolet.
