Conducting Polymers for Wiring Micro- to Nanojunctions |
| 초록 |
Conducting polymers will replace conventional metals in wiring micro- to nanojunctions of electronic devices if they can be simply fabricated into micro- to nanoscale patterns with a high electrical conductivity. A critical feature in using the conducting polymers as wires is device fabrication and the reproducible deposition of the conducting polymers. This presentation focuses on current trends in the spacial deposition of the conducting polymers, and shows a new way in the fabrication of conducting polymers. |
