Synthesis of PUD-Graphene composites and its thermal conductivity and adhesive strength |
초록 |
Water-borne polyurethane dispersion(PUD) has been known as environmental-friendly polymeric materials and widely used as adhesives. But it has poor thermal conductivity and weak mechanical properties compared with solvent based PU. It has been known that graphene has good thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. we synthesized PUD-Grephene composite to enhance thermal conductivity and mechanical strength for heat dissipation adhesives. Morphology of graphene wasmonitored by TEM. Mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break were measured usingUTM. Thermal properties were also measured by DSC andTGA. Thermal conductivity was estimated by thermal conductivity meter. |
