제목 Synthesis and self assembly behavior of (Multivalent Nitrilotriacetic acid)-End-functionalized polystryrene
초록 Amphiphilc linear-dendritic polymers have been attracted considerable attention for their characteristic chemical structure and physical properties. In specific solvents, this polymers can self-assemble into micelles of vesicles with potential application for nanoreactors, drug delivery, and nanoparticles. We chose multivalent nitrilotriacetic acid(NTA) for dendritic part that was synthesized various steps. Linear part was polymerized styrene using ATRP. Amphiphilic linear-dendritic polymers is supported by SEC and 1H and 13C NMR data. In the aqueous system with (tri NTA)-polystyrene, micelles could be generated through solvent evaporation method. The structure of micelle is demomstrated TEM image and DLS data.
