| 초록 | Gold nanoparticles are excellent substrates for their usefulness as drug (e.g., genes) loading and imaging (e.g., CT) platforms. By loading and modifying other functional materials (e.g., lipids and polymers), gold nanoparticles could be easily multifunctional. Further, gold nanoparticles showed almost no cytotoxicity in many cases. Here, I will discuss the use of these gold nanoparticles for drug delivery and bio-imaging applications. |
