제목 Synthesis and Properties of Waterborne Poly(urethane-urea)s Containing Amphoteric Ions
초록 A series of WBPUs were synthesized by a prepolymer mixing process from 4,4-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate(H12MDI), poly(tetramethylene oxide glycol)(PTMG), 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl) propionic acid(DMPA) as anionic component/ N-methyldiethanol amine(MDEA) as cationic component, ethylene diamine(EDA) as chain extender and triethylamine(TEA) as neutralizing agent. The effect of the DMPA content in DMPA/MDEA on the inherent viscosity, particle size, dynamic thermal and mechanical properties, thermal stability, tensile properties and contact angle of WBPUs containing amphoteric ions were investigated in this study.
