| 제목 | A Study on Efficient extraction method of Abeliophyllum distichum for cosmetic material research |
| 초록 | In this study, we have studied a safe and efficient extraction method for using Abeliophyllum distichum as a raw material for natural cosmetic. In addition, the antioxidant and whitening activity of the extracts was demonstrated by in vitro and in vivo assay. In order to obtain safe cosmetic material of Abeliophyllum distichum, it was extracted with water and alcohol. We have established a 70% ethanol heating method considering effciency of extraction with effective ingredient content. We found that the extracts has no cytotoxicity and it contained acteoside as an active substance. Also, it effectively inhibited the expression and transcription of Tyrosinase, TRP-1, TRP-2 and Microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF). *This research was supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy(MOTIE), Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology(KIAT) through the Encouragement Program for The Industries of Enconomic Cooperation Region(P0001037) |
