제목 Fabrication of PZT Nanodot Array Using Diblock Copolymer Self-assembly
초록 PZT nanodots were arranged on MgO/Pt(001) substrate from block copolymer micelles with PZT particles. PZT in 2-methoxy ethanol solution was added to polystyrene-b-poly(4-vinyl pyridine) copolymer in 2-buatnone solution. Interaction between PZT and P4VP block was confirmed by FT-IR. Micelle solution was spin-coated on the substrate, and block copolymers were removed by reactive ion etching, generating PZT nanodot array. This array was annealed at 650°C to induce epitaxial growth and crystal structure was investigated by XRD. Nanodot size was varied by changing the amount of loaded PZT particles. The size effect of PZT nanodots on ferroelectricity was investigated by PFM.
