제목 Electrochemical Characterization of Lithium Polymer Cells assembled with Composite Separators containing Reactive Silica Particles  
초록 As demand for high energy density lithium batteries increases, safety concerns become a important issue.  In this study, the reactive SiO2 nanoparticles were uniformly coated on the surface of polyolefin separator in order to induce the cross-linking reaction on their surface.  The lithium polymer cells composed of a lithium powder anode, a reactive SiO2-coated gel polymer electrolyte and a LiV3O8 cathode were assembled and their cycling performance was evaluated. The effect of surface modification with reactive SiO2 particles on the cycling performance of the cell is reported.
