제목 | Enhanced electrochemical properties of self-assembled graphene oxide compound decorated with PDDA for electrode materials |
초록 | Lithium-sulfur battery gives several advantages such as high energy density and environmental friendliness. However, it causes severe capacity reduction as lithium polysulfide is decomposed into the electrolyte. To solve this problem, there are many studies using graphene-based materials because of their high conductivity and outstanding mechanical strength. Graphene oxide includes oxygen functional group which improve the reaction with polysulfides, compared with reduced graphene oxide. Then, the polymer coated on the GO is conducted to improve the electrical conductivity. Here, we studied the positive effect of using GO which has coated conducting polymer. We further demonstrate that the reversibility improvement, as confirmed through CV can be explained by the stabilization of sulfur to prevent dissolution. The electrochemical performance of this composite as a cathode material for Li-S battery is compared with that obtained with RGO/Sulfur composite cathode. |
