Organic solar cells (OSCs) have been studied promising energy conversion devices for their low cost and simple process of manufacture. However, OSCs have some disadvantages such as low carrier mobility, limited absorption properties, and energy (level) barrier between active layer and electrode. Although using solution process with hybrid hole transport layer(HTL) can solve this problems, PEDOT:PSS’s acidic property still can decrease stability of device. This problem can be overcome by changing process method of HTLs. The hybrid HTLs changed processing method can be used to improve these disadvantages of hybrid HTLs, the aggregation between PEDOT and metal precursor can be decreased and interfacial contact can be improved. In this study, we fabricated inverted structured OSCs with changed processing method hybrid HTLs via solution process. As a result, the performance and stability of OSCs with hybrid HTLs were enhanced |
