Preparation ofpoly(ether sulfone) nano ion-exchange fibers by electrospinning and their adsorption properties |
초록 |
Poly(ether sulfone) nano ion-exchange fibers were prepared by electrospinning and their adsorption properties were investigated. The beads were formed at the low concentration of PES, while the thickness of fiber increased at the high concentration of PES. Tip to collector distance (TCD), voltage and flow rate caused the change of fiber’s thickness. Functional group was introduced to PES fibers by sulfonation. Through the FT-IR analysis, we confirmed that -SO3H group was introduced to the fibers. Degree of sulfonation was proportionate to the concentration of chlorosulfonic acid. The water uptake and ion exchange capacity were dependant on the degree of sulfonation and a slight increasing trend was observed. |
