제목 | Perpendicularly oriented nano-porous structures with high aspect ratio using block copolymer thin films |
초록 | Thin films of PS-b-PMMA diblock copolymers with cylindrical morphology were employed to make perpendicularly oriented nano-porous templates. The block copolymers were spin-coated on PS-ran-PMMA copolymer layer attached to the oxide layer of the Si wafer and ITO glass. The PMMA cylindrical microdomains were perpendicularly oriented to the substrate up to ~200 nm. The pores were filled by various metals (for instance, cobalt) by electro-deposition and as well as polymerization of pyrole.
